Another wet and dull day with only 10 players due to holidays and illness and some of the team not well either .We had quite a good start with some great runs and brilliant defending and Chris in goal proving he could make quite a good goalie with some great saves from close range shots .We had a few shots at goal but they got 3 goals in the first half .Second half we started to get tired as we had no subs but the boys carried on trying to get the goals back but were unlucky not to break through . Leagrave got 7 more as they had fresh legs on the pitch but Chris made some brilliant saves as did all the boys make a great effort today . Man of the match went to Chris

Caldecote Youth 2 v AFC Luton 5
Caldecote had a good start despite the bad weather with some early shots at goal. Charlie got the first goal from 15 yards out .We defended well and we got back on the attack with Keegan scoring the second .The boys were playing well with plenty more shots and some great runs down the pitch then Luton got 1 back just before half time.
Second half we had a few more shots on target but Luton managed to get the better of us scoring 4 more through the second half but the boys were trying there best to get the goals back through to the end with some great tackling and passing even though they were cold and soaked through well done to you all .Man of the match BrandonTeam Jyak H, Nial, Charlie, Matty, Brad, Michael, Ellis, Jack M, Keegan, Brandon, Jack R, Nathan, Chris, Karl

AFC LUTON 4 - CALDECOTE YOUTH 4
Another great game by the boys with plenty of good passes and tackles. Jack R scored a 25yard free kick. Then we had a few more shots at goal and Brad made a few good saves with the defence working hard .Jack R scored another blinding free kick. Nial got his first for the season and at half time we were 3 nil up. Second half Luton got a couple of goals back then Jack M got his first for the season. Luton managed to pull another two goals back and Brad made his best save so far this season. Final score 4-4 . Man of the match went to Jack M. Team - Chris, Nathan, Jack R, Brandon, Keegan, Jack M, Jyak H, Lewis, Ellis, Brad, Matty, Charlie and Nial.

Another great game with all the boys getting stuck in right from the start. Sharnbrook started of getting the first goal but we soon equalized .The boys did some great defending and attacking with quite a few shots on goal. Chris played a great first game in goal. At half time it was 2 all .Sharnbrook started the scoring again with Caldecote again getting the equalizers and it looked like a 4 all draw but Sharnbrook scored their last in the closing seconds .Keegan scored the first goal and Jack R got a hatrick and was the man of the match .Great game boys keep up the great play. Another good game by the boys getting stuck in right from the start of the match with some great passing and tackling and shots at goal - but not quite finding the back of the net. Brad made some great saves but they managed to get 2 past him by half time. Second half the boys fared well again with some great defending and tackling, more good saves from Brad and more chances at goal but they got four more goals ending the match 0-6 to them. Man of the match went to Chris. Team - Brad,Matty,Nathan,Brandon,Charlie,Chris,Karl,Keegan,Jack M,Jack R,Micheal,Lewis and Ellis. Well done everyone.

Bedford Park Rangers 3 – Caldecote 7
First game of the season and what a start it was with some excellent control and passing across the pitch from all the players. In the first half Mattie scored a hatrick and Jack R. scored his first of the season and also one of the new players scored his first for the team- well done Keegan. In the second half Bedford struck back with 3 goals but Mattie got one back then Michael got another with Caldecote claiming their first victory of the Season.
