Caldecote 0 – 5 Luton Leagrave
Unfortunate 1st half with both the 1st 2 Luton Goals coming from Caldecote own goals. A further 2 goals from Luton left the score 4 – 0 at half time. Caldecote started the 2nd half better than the 1st and created a few chances. Luton pinched another goal, the only score in the 2nd half to leave the final score 5 – 0. Tom playing his 1st game for Caldecote was awarded the man of the match.

Sandy ‘B’ 13 – 1 Caldecote ‘A’
With no substitutes available Caldecote were always going to be up against it, especially missing the endless running and leading goal scorer Vinnie. Sandy cut through the Caldecote defence far too often and converted many of the chances made to end the 1st half 7-0. Caldecote started the 2nd half a little better and started to make some chances themselves, unfortunately despite Jacobs goalkeeping efforts pulling off a string of good saves Sandy also added to their 1st half tally netting a further 6 goals in the 2nd half. Jack C made some good runs for Caldecote from the midfield leading to Caldecote’s only goal midway through the 2nd half.

Wootton Rangers U10’s 1 – Caldecote U10’s 7
After the defeat last week Caldecote picked themselves up and were on fire for this game (despite the conditions!!) Vinnie and Jack S caused the Wootton defence lots of problems and it wasn’t long before Jack S scored his first of his hatrick. Not to be outdone Vinnie soon got the first of his 4 goals. The defence of Sam, Jack C and newly appointed skipper Callum kept things tight at the back. Jacob in goal dealt with anything that slipped through and Farrell played his best football in a Caldecote shirt linking well in midfield. A rare attack from Wootton led to an own goal after a bit of confusion in defence leaving the score at 1-2. Caldecote held their heads up and really started to rip the Wootton defence apart Jack S and Vinnie bagging the remainder of the goals between them and created many more chances. Ryan playing his first game for Caldecote came on and fitted in straight away. Overall a very good team performance despite the weather. Man of the match was awarded to Farrell

Leighton Utd D 1 - Caldecote 3
The A Team got off to a flying start this season against Leighton United C where the final score was 3-1.
A very strong start with Owen scoring the first goal of the season followed by another two from Vinny.
Some great defending which lead to Man of the Match being given to Callum. All the boys played very well, it was a real team effort. Well done boys keep it up!!
